Olivia Lin, serves as  the Director of Agent Training and Buyer Specialist for Team Lally.  She is in charge of training and onboarding new agents on the team. As a buyer specialist, she also works with buyers of all backgrounds to achieve their next home, whether it is their first home, dream home, or investment property. Olivia has spent the past 10 years working in client experience and satisfaction. Olivia graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marine Biology, upon graduation she realized that she wanted to explore her goal of real estate and searched for the best team in the industry on the island of Oahu to support her dreams.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys gardening, experimenting with new recipes, playing with her dogs Beau and Sammy, and playing home building games. Olivia strongly believes in and lives by the saying, “stop being afraid of what can go wrong and start being positive about what can go right”.  Seeing clients ecstatic about their new home and knowing that she contributed to that feeling is what motivates Olivia to do what she does. She is constantly on the lookout for finding the best homes at the best price to provide only the greatest for her clients.
