Every year we serve our community for KW RED DAY, which stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate. In Hawaii, every 1 in 5 families get their food from food pantries and over 26% of our food supply is wasted.
This year, we teamed up with Aloha Harvest to give back and serve over 1,000 meals which included eggs, milk, butter, onions, etc. Our team event was lead by Chad Shimabukurow of Keller Williams Honolulu. “We need to be interwoven into our community… Culture is everything and KW is a testament to that,” says Shimabukurow.
We love being able to give back to our community. Thank you, Aloha Harvest for allowing us to volunteer!
