Here’s why excursions like this are so important to our team’s morale.
What are we doing on a yacht in the video above? We’re having fun. We bring our team members aboard the Swift Sure all the time to enjoy some of the best perks of living on the island and give them a unique perspective of the island that you can only see in the water.
Our team members have that important work-life balance that gives them the desire to work even harder for you. If you’re hiring a real estate team, you want one that works hard and plays hard.
Doing excursions like this with our team members allows us to connect with nature, connect with each other, and develop a stronger bond. We help our agents connect with the island through the water and it really helps put things in perspective.
Why would you want to work with a team that doesn’t enjoy paradise? If you’re looking to work with a real estate team that loves Hawaii and all it has to offer, we hope you’ll join us. When you’re looking for someone to help you buy or sell, they need to have a good understanding of what Hawaii is about like we do.
If you have any questions for us, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email today. Thanks and aloha!
