Today we’re giving you the June market update for single-family homes and townhomes here on Oahu. We’ve had a full 90 days of the COVID-19 pandemic, and these stats represent the ways in which the market has been affected (or, in some cases, not affected). Compared to June of last year, our market has experienced:
- A 3.8% change in the median sale price for single-family home
- A 34% change in the closed sales volume for townhomes/condo
- A 48% change in the average days on market for townhomes/condos
