Laura Fleming joined Team Lally in 2017 and now serves as President & Senior Listing Partner. 

A dedicated Military Spouse and former Army Brat, she understands the unique challenges of relocation, having moved to Hawaii three times before permanently calling Ewa Beach home with her spouse and three children.

With a strong track record in real estate, Laura holds the PSA designation and has been directly involved in 200+ Transactions. 

She is currently earning her Broker’s License, further solidifying her expertise. 

Known for her Five-Star Client Service, Laura is also an LGBTQ+ Ally and actively volunteers with non-profit organizations.
